K Student Of The Week: Benjamin W.

Our next student of the week award goes out to Benjamin Wellborn! Benjamin is an 8th grader at Hoover Middle School and has a smile that can light up a room. Not only does a smile go a long way during a school day but he has also been brave enough to step out of his comfort zone and try something new this year at school, choir. Kids, let alone adults, don't like stepping out of their comfort zones unless they are pushed to do so, so Benjamin is extremely brave. Read a little more about him below.

"Benjamin is one of the hardest working, most caring students at Hoover. He comes to school everyday with a smile on his face and eager attitude to learn. He's the first one to offer a helping hand to his peers and the staff in the building. He went out of his comfort zone and joined choir this year and is doing an AMAZING job. We are all so proud of the progress and growth we see him making everyday."
