What’s Good: 11-Year-Old Started The “El Paso Challenge” To Do Good
After the tragic shootings in Texas and Ohio this past weekend, we need a little good in our lives and that is where this little boy comes in to help.
Ruben Martinez is an 11-year-old kid from El Paso, Texas. Yes, the same place the tragic Walmart shooting happened this weekend. Thankfully, Martinez is okay but he was having a hard time dealing with the domestic terrorist attack that occurred so he decided to figure out a way to help the community.
Martinez started the "El Paso Challenge." Basically, he is challenging everyone in El Paso to do 22 good deeds each other. Of course, the number 22 is to honor the 22 victims who were murdered during the incident. The good deeds could be anything from mowing someone's lawn to paying for someone's lunch/dinner to just telling someone how great they are.
With more kids like this in the world, there may actually be a change in the world.
