Special Election Tuesday to Fill 2 Seats on Hazleton Council

Voters in Hazleton will be going to the polls tomorrow (Tuesday) to fill 2 vacancies on the Hazleton City Council.

A total of five candidates are on the ballot.

For the council seat with a term ending on December 31st of this year, voters have a choice between Christopher Hayzlett and Gene Seiffert.

And for a seat with a term ending on December 31st of 2017, there are three choices: Randy Blume, Troy McAllister, and Ronald Vawter. Voters may also write-in a candidate for either position.

Voting will take place at the Hazleton City Hall, from noon to 8pm Tuesday.
