It's been a quiet year for musicians. One of the perks of the industry is that while you may not be able to go out and perform your music, you can continue to see success from the music that you've created. This year K-Country artist Justin Moore falls into this very category. While he wasn't performing, and admittadly only wrote one song; he did see major success on the country charts with his hit "Why We Drink."

While it's tough to actually experience the full traditions that come with the Big Game when we're in the middle of a pandemic, there are certain things that just have to be done. For me, it was pizza, wings, and some wine (I forgot to grab some beer, sue me).

To help you figure out who you should place your bets on this Sunday, JP and I competed in a chicken wing contest. Johnny placed the names of the two different teams under our chairs before we sat down, so we wouldn't know who we'd be eating/ representing. Whoever got the most points, that is who we predict winning the game.

This was my first major snow storm in Iowa, so once it was safe out I took a quick walk to see how Downtown Cedar Falls looked. The plows were coming out and people were shoveling out the sidewalks. It still looked kind of beautiful...in a very cold, very snowy way.

This was a very quiet weekend (again). I know, I'm so boring! I swear when there isn't a pandemic going on I am a very interesting and exciting person. It also was so cold out that I just wanted to stay in, drink wine, and cuddle up with a good book...wh...
