Help Needed @ Veterans’ Park

The Oelwein American Legion is asking for help in making upgrades to Veteran's Park in Oelwein, this Saturday morning (Oct. 8th).

Work begins at 9:00 AM, and will take about 3 hours.

A major overhaul will be done around the obelisk, including the removal of many bricks, replacing some, and adding new ones.

Volunteers are asked to bring, if possible, a kneeling pad, large screwdriver, rubber mallet, and gloves.
