Ashton Kutcher’s Beautiful Face Shaped Look of New Movie
We can all agree that Ashton Kutcher isn't bad to look at, right?
One of the newest films to hit theaters this summer is the dark comedy 'Vengeance.' Written and directed by BJ Novak, better known for his work on 'The Office' this movie follows a journalist and podcaster who is investigating the death and possible murder of a girl that he briefly hooked up with.
Before diving in too deep; can we talk about the amazing cast that this film has?
It's a stacked ensemble with BJ Novak, Boyd Holbrook, J. Smith-Cameron, and Dove Cameron.
Of course, the main reason that Iowans will be going to the movie theaters to watch the flick is because of the Cedar Rapids native.
Kutcher was born in Cedar Rapids in 1978, but after his parent's divorce he ended up moving to Homestead with his mom and stepdad. Homestead has a population of approximately 150 residents.
Take a look inside his childhood home that he recently had renovated for his mom and step-dad.
Ashton Kutcher's Childhood Home in Homestead, Iowa
It's been a few years since we last saw Kutcher on the big screen. The 'Vengeance' director is trying to show us a completely new side to the Iowa native.
One that's supposed to make him even more good-looking...if that's even possible.
In a recent interview with Indiewire, the director and star of the film BJ Novak said that Ashton Kutcher indirectly defined how the film was shot.
Novak shares with the interviewer from Indiewire that,
“Of all the people in the movie, he was the one I was most excited to show to everyone because I knew there was this cinematic side to Ashton Kutcher as well as this intellectual side that had never quite been seen before."
According to the first-time filmmaker, Kutcher is usually lit head-on in a way that "emphasizes how pretty he is" versus how ruggedly handsome he is. So, Novak took this idea to the cinematographer and they ran with it for the entire movie.

The movie was released in theaters on July 29th.
