K92.3 Wants You to Help Us Spread Kindness Throughout the Cedar Valley

K92.3 has teamed up with The Lawn Father for Random Acts of Kindness!

We need you to nominate worthy individuals. Using the form below, please tell us a little about the random act of kindness you experienced. Then each month we will pick one submission, and award a $50 Visa gift card as a "thank you" for helping to spread kindness throughout the Cedar Valley.

We will also share the acts of kindness you submit on the K-Country Morning Show so make sure you're listening to hear your story, and others that will be sure to put a smile on your face!
