Linn County authorities have arrested a Waterloo woman in connection with a two-car head-on colission near Marion.

The accident happened late Thursday night on Paris Road, near Marion; a car driven by 37 year old Lori Wolf of Waterloo, crossed the center line and collided head-on with another car at the crest of a hill.

The other driver, 18 year old Allison Zumbach of Coggon, and three of her passengers, were taken to area hospitals to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Wolf fled the scene before authorities arrived.

On Friday morning, Linn County deputies took Wolf into custody; she was first evaluated for injuries at a hospital, then released and taken to the Linn County jail. Wolf is being charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, no insurance, and
failing to yield half the roadway when meeting another vehicle.
