[WATCH] Save Some Gas, Ride A Llama In Cedar Falls
If you were driving around Cedar Falls on Friday you probably saw something weird on the road.
I was scrolling through the video-sharing app Tik Tok late one evening when I came across a strange incident that occurred in the Cedar Valley.
Sometime Friday afternoon people driving around Cedar Falls saw something odd beside them on their rides home. Two large objects were going down the street causing havoc, and they didn't have any wheels or a motor.
They were llamas...
These two llamas were spotted near the Cedar Falls Dairy Queen located at 1625 W Ridgeway Ave, according to social media accounts that captured the incident. There is no word exactly WHY or how they got loose, but the clips captured of these two showed them meandering along a four-way intersection at some point
Warning: this video is not necessarily safe for work.
The big question isn't how they got there, but actually how they get OUT of there? Another video posted on Tik Tok shows two men ushering the llamas out of traffic. From the looks of the clip, the two creatures were able to be removed from the ongoing traffic safely.
Here's another video showing the animals being led to safety.
