Uber Is Teaming w/NASA To Form ‘Uber Air’ [Video]

Air taxis are on their way.

Uber's head of product, Jeff Holden, has said that Uber has signed a Space Act Agreement with NASA to create a brand-new air traffic control system for these low flying aircraft.

Los Angeles, Dallas-Forth Worth, and Dubai will be the test cities for this new air taxi service. Imagine taking a cleaner version of a helicopter to and from work and to order if from your phone. It's, as Uber puts it, "Closer than you think."
