It's been a HOT summer. Lots of 90+ degree days... heat indexes over 100 degrees. Wouldn't have a pool in your own backyard be nice? You'll be the most popular kid on the block! Generally, you think of homes with pools as being quite expensive. And, they often are. However, I found a home just outside the Cedar Valley that is nice and costs under $125,000! The pool is above ground, and the house looks very welcoming. Oh, and I'm sure it has heat for the winter months.

The house is in New Hartford which is about 25 minutes northwest of Waterloo in Butler County. It's listed for $124,900 as of this writing.
