A Charles City man, 86 year old Louis "Louie" Peters, died Sunday. A private family service will be held Tuesday, April 6 at the United Church of Christ in Colwell. Burial in Sunnyside Memory Gardens in rural Charles City. A public visitation will be held Monday from 4pm to 7pm, at Hauser Weishaar funeral home.

An Elkader man, 59 year old Daryl Baade, died Sunday. A private funeral service will be held Thursday at East Side cemetery in Elkader. Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran church in Volga. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader is assisting the family.

Services for a Tripoli woman, 74 year old Donna Kuethe, are Thursday at 2pm at Grace Lutheran church in Tripoli. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at Rettig funeral home in Tripoli and an hour before services at the church.

An Independence man, 58 year old Christopher "Chris" Biekert, died Friday. A private family memorial service will be held in conjunction with the funeral of his mother, Ellie Biekert, at the Church of Christ United in Winthrop. Burial in Fairview cemetery.
