A Maynard man has been arrested for having an active meth lab on his property.

At about 5:15am November 24th, while out on patrol, a Fayette County Deputy discovered that a camper parked in rural Fayette, had been burglarized. An investigation led to the arrest of 22 year old Dalton Bunn of Maynard.

After the arrest, deputies obtained two warrants, to search a vehicle Bunn was driving, and a vehicle at his residence.
During the search of Bunn's residence, officers found an active meth lab in an outbuilding.

Bunn was taken into custody on charges of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 2 counts of burglary in the third degree, Burglary in the second degree, and Criminal Mischief in the first degree.

Bunn was taken to the Fayette County Jail, but released the next day by the courts to pre-trial services.
The investigation continues, and more arrests and charges are possible.
