My weekend was... in a word, relaxing! Beer would be my one word if I had to pick only one. However, I did manage to get a workout in so... it offsets the beer, right?!

Sooo the numbers cutoff on my pic, but trust me I DID go to spin class. And got 15+ miles in. Not a bad Saturday morning, right?

Sampled some new offerings at the Cedar Valley Single Speed... this is 'Brotherhood' an age barrel beer. Strong stuff. Pretty awesome though!
