Here’s What NEEDS to go Into the Abandoned Old Chicago Spot
So I know we're in the midst of a global pandemic. But I'm looking forward to when we're on the other side of it. When we can gather again. Sit close to strangers. Make new, random friends while dining. Or, if you're like me, keep your head down and PLOW through your meal with reckless abandon. Anyway, I live in Cedar Falls and routinely drive by the now abandoned Old Chicago. If you're not familiar, they closed more than a year ago, and were located in the College Square Mall over by Hy-Vee and Kohl's.
I'd like to share my ideas for a replacement restaurant that could fill that void - remember, there's a decent amount of space, Old Chicago wasn't a tiny restaurant. Tell me if you agree with any of my picks, or what YOU feel should go into the location.
