PHIL ROBERTSON SUSPENDED BY A&E:
‘Duck Dynasty’ patriarch Phil Robertson became a hot topic this week following several anti-gay and offensive racial comments he made in a new GQ profile. As a result, his words have caused him to be suspended indefinitely from the TV show.
From A&E: We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson’s comments in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series ‘Duck Dynasty.’ His personal views in no way reflect those of A+E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community. The network has placed Phil under hiatus from filming indefinitely.
They are just about ready to wrap up shooting the next season. How are they going to deal with that? One of the famous TV "Black Stripes" over Phil's face?

NFL SUPER BOWL PLAYED SATURDAY OR MONDAY:
That's the plan if Mother Nature delivers Snowmageddon during the first outdoor cold weather Super Bowl. The 2013 Super Bowl is set for Sunday, February 2, 2014 at MetLife Stadium. NFL Officials have announced their contingency plans if snow becomes an issue. Even though they are confident that NYC can handle a big snow storm (they've been doing it for years), they may need to move the world's most watched sporting event to Monday night or Saturday night.
We LOVE the idea of a Saturday night game. Dealing with a Super-Sized Hangover on Sunday is better than coming up with a lie for the boss like most do come the Monday after the big game.
