The U.S.A. Today recently released its list of the Reader's Choice Awards winners. In the category of Best New Brewery, two breweries in Illinois made the top ten. That's a pretty big honor considering all the competition across the entire country. Here they are if you want to check them out down the road.

Landing at number seven is Turner Häus Brewery. It's located in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago. They suggest checking out their popular grapefruit lager.

Sitting just above them in the sixth spot is Funkytown Brewery. You can find them in Oak Park. Their imperial stout is served at the United Center during Bulls games.
