WXVT CBS 15 was doing a live report covering a shooting in Greenville, Mississippi when one of the most embarrassing things happened during the report.

One of the eye-witnesses to the shooting told the reporter she had to go to the bathroom but the reporter ignored her and kept peppering her with questions. After a couple of minutes, the inevitable occurred live on TV!
