[Video] Californians Congratulate North Korea On Having A Hydrogen Bomb

One of the more disturbing news stories of the week was North Korea claiming that they have had a successful hydrogen bomb test. For those who don't know, North Korea is a communist country.

Late night comedian Jimmy Kimmel shared the news on his show this week and then introduced a "Man on the street" video of people in California, apparently unaware of the danger, congratulating North Korea on their success.

We didn't know whether to laugh or cry. All we could say is "WOW"!
