Black Hawk County Sheriff Tony Thompson returned to Marks in the Morning on Tuesday to discuss the possibility Black Hawk County will be allowed to engage in a partial re-open as early as Friday, and how he feels about that. He also discussed his thoughts on the Tyson plant and their increased health measures after the recent COVID-19 outbreak, and lightheartedly discusses his various masks.
