I'm not trying to put down any school or district, but we're well aware that depending on the staff, facilities, and especially the funding some schools are better equipped to educate their students.

Public schools, for example, are a prime example of this frustrating push and pull of funding. There always seems to be some sort of battle in the system to cut funding.

The U.S. Department of Education confirmed that they would be cutting  $600 million in grants for "institutions and nonprofits that were using taxpayer funds to train teachers and education agencies on divisive ideologies."

How Iowa Education Funding Is Determined
