The #9 Iowa State Cyclones (14-1, 2-1) saw their perfect season finally spoiled when the Oklahoma Sooners (13-3, 2-1) tripped up the Cyclones, 87-82.  ISU out shot their opponents 52% compared to 41%.  The difference maker though came from beyond the three-point line.

The Sooners were lights out from beyond the arc scoring on 13 of 30 attempts.  ISU only mustered six of their 26 attempts at three.  Free throws were also lopsided.  OU racked up 18 points from the free throw line.  ISU only scrapped up eight from the charity stripe.

Iowa State's DeAndre Kane had 23 points and nine rebounds before going down with an ankle injury. He left the game with 22 seconds remaining.

Melvin Ejim had 21 points and six rebounds for Iowa State, Georges Niang scored 14 points and Dustin Hogue added 13 for the Cyclones.

NEXT UP: Iowa State has tough match-up coming to Hilton Coliseum when #13 Kansas comes to town.  Tip-off is slated for 8:00 PM.
