Services for a Waukon woman, 83 year old Janet Snitker, are Tuesday at 11am at Salem United Church of Christ; burial in the church cemetery, both in rural Waukon. Friends may call an hour before services at the church. Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon is handling arrangements.

A Brandon woman, 93 year old Helen Welsh, died Thursday. White funeral home in Independence is in charge of arrangements.

Services for Decorah woman, 91 year old Virginia Sacquitne, are Tuesday at 11am at Decorah Lutheran church. Burial in the spring in Lutheran cemetery in Decorah. Visitation is 5-7pm Monday (Today) at Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah, and an hour before services at the church.

Memorial services for a Garnavillo woman, 54 year old Bertha Behrend, are Wednesday at 11am at St. Joseph Catholic church in Garnavillo. Inurnment in the church cemetery. There will be no visitation. Tuecke Allyn funeral home in Garnavillo is handling the arrangements.

Services for an Edgewood man, 89 year old Anthony Helle, are Wednesday at 10:30am at St. Mark Catholic church in Edgewood. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 3-7pm Tuesday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Edgewood, with a 7pm scripture service, and from 9am to 10am Wednesday at the funeral home.

A West Union man, 83 year old Cordell Westphal, died Saturday. Private family services and burial will be held at a later date. Burnham Wood Grau funeral home in West Union is helping the family.

A former West Union woman, 80 year old Marion Stillman of Mason City, died March 3rd. A public celebration of life will be held Saturday, 10-11am at Burnham Wood Grau funeral home in West Union. Burial in Pleasant Grove cemetery in Brainard.
