NBA Player Accidentally Spills Fan’s Drink, Takes Time To Get It Replaced
In the day and age where people don't care about the inconvenience of others, it's always refreshing to not only see someone take the time to apologize for a mistake, but go out of their way to make things right.
Gary Payton II, a guard for the Golden State Warriors accidentally knocked over a fan's Truly seltzer during a game on Monday night while leaning against a wall he didn't realize the fans were using to hold their drinks.
He immediately took the blame and then took the time to make things right.
He apologized, handed them one of the team's Gatorade towels, and had one of the team's staff members order the group a new drink.
"My fault, my fault," Payton kept saying.
The Golden State Warriors went on to win the game against the Indiana Pacers by two points at 102-100.
It's a class act from someone who could've just walked away.
