It's not always the music that can make a concert special, but the personal moments between the artist and the audience that cannot be replicated.

On Thursday, October 27th Iowa welcomed one of the biggest names in country music for a killer show. Jason Aldean brought his Rock N' Roll Cowboy Tour to the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

Aldean has 18 number one songs on country radio in his decades long career.

Aldean was joined by special guests like Gabby Barrett, John Morgan, and Dee Jay Silver all throughout his 35-show tour. It kicked off this summer in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

You know Gabby Barrett from her time on 'American Idol' and several hit songs on country radio like 'The Good Ones,' 'I Hope,' and 'Pick Me Up.'

The tour wrapped up at the end of October in Kansas. Aldean shared a very special moment with a fan during one of his last shows of the tour. The entire encounter was captured by Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines official Tik Tok account.

Jason spotted a young fan with a sign that read,

“It’s my 18th birthday and 10 years cancer free!!”

At first the country superstar seemed to have trouble reading the second part of the sign. He kept repeating that it was this woman's eighteenth birthday before grabbing the poster to get a closer look at the message.

Aldean picks up the sign and shows it to the roaring crowd and reads the message in full. He quickly returns it to the cancer survivor. Before getting on with the rest of his show, the five-time Grammy Award winner smiles at the fan and shakes her hand.

Surely, this was a birthday she won't soon forget...
