Popular Wisconsin Restaurant Is Home To A Huge 40-foot Salad Bar

When my parents got married, they decided that Friday would be date night, and they would go out to dinner. It was rarely anything fancy, and more about spending time together. After I was born, it became family night, and they would bring me along too. Of course, I was just a little kid, so I had no say in where we went, but I did have some favorite spots.

I would get really excited when we went to a restaurant with a salad bar. That was a big deal back in those days. They were always huge with so many tasty items to choose from. Plus, by the time my dad got out of work, the restaurants were pretty crowded, and it would take a long time to get through a meal. That's why salad bars were so great, because I would be starving. Sometimes, there was so much stuff on a salad bar that it could be your meal. I wish those old-school salad bars.

Nowadays, salad bars are very hard to come by, especially the really big ones. I just found out about a restaurant in Kaukauna. They have a massive 40-foot-long salad bar. Now, that's what I'm talking about. It's called The Out-O-Town Supper Club. Next time you're in Wisconsin, you might want to check it out.
