He became an overnight sensation on social media last year, and he doesn't even have opposable thumbs!

In 2021, a Jesup man and his cow became Tik Tok famous after a few hilarious outings to Dairy Queen, Starbucks, and Chick-Fil-A. Mason Corkery and his cow Gucci quickly became Northeastern Iowa's favorite internet duo from these videos.

Last year, the Jesup man ran into a bit of a roadblock after an attempt to bring his bovine pal to the major Iowa sporting event.

Corkery thought it would be fun to try and take Gucci the cow to go tailgating in Ames at the Iowa versus ISU game last year. In a video on his Tik Tok channel, the social media star said that he got a quick response from ISU. He claims that the university officials said that they loved his videos, but that it was a firm no.

"I thought Iowa State was supposed to be an agricultural school, and they don't want me and my cow tailgating?" Corkery said in the video.

This year, things went a whole lot differently!

The pair were allowed to join in on the tailgating festivities at the Iowa vs. Iowa State game on Saturday, September 10th. Hosted at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, fans were treated to the hilarious duo.

While the Hawkeyes did not bring home the win, they did have Gucci.

We all know who the real winner was, right?
