People are getting very creative these days with ways to thank our frontline healthcare workers. Signs, cards, donations, parades and so on. The ideas just keep on coming because honestly, it's the least we can do to support our healthcare workers working tireless hours to help fight this pandemic. Here is another creative way to honor them!

According to KWWL, the University of Iowa's Health Care AirCare emergency responders will be flying a special joint helicopter formation over Iowa City, Dubuque and Waterloo. The flight will take place on Tuesday, May 19th in honor of National EMS week and to show support towards all healthcare workers helping to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although we all should practice social distancing, community members are encourage to wave towards the pilots and crews and even document the experience on social media for all to share. Remember to practice social distancing and watch the sky this coming Tuesday!
