Another bitterly cold day in Eastern Iowa.

Our weather partners at KCRG-TV confirmed that while we will see a mixture of sun and clouds, all of that will be overshadowed by the temperature.

The absolute highest that these temps might get is somewhere in the single digits. Add in the wind-chill, and it's going to feel anywhere between  -15 to -30 degrees today.

Schools are operating under an abundance of caution this morning.
