And the free masks just keep on rolling out! Another lowa based grocery chain has stepped up to the plate to help their communities stay safe during the pandemic with the help of the Iowa Department of Public Health.

It's been announced in a news release today that the Iowa Department of Public Health and the Iowa Governor's Office have donated 35,000 face masks to Fareway's across the state to distribute to their customers. These masks are of course for those who are in need of a mask but have been unable to obtain one.

The masks come from HanesBrands Inc. and will be at all 108 Fareway locations in Iowa. The masks will be distributed to customers on a first come, first serve basis. If you are in need of a face mask to help keep yourself and others safe, I suggest checking out a Fareway location sooner rather than later as I am sure these supplies will not last long.
