Being a Dierks Bentley and Chicago Blackhawks fan, I would have loved being at the Windy City LakeShake this past weekend. The Chicago Blackhawks turned up at Dierks' concert to show off the Stanley Cup, but it's not the first time that Dierks has been on stage with the Cup.

And what song did he sing when they came up on stage? He sang "Drunk on a Plane" of coarse.

"If you're gonna get drunk on a plane," Dierks told the crowd. "You need a really big cup."


Bentley did breach 'Cup Tradition' this time by hoisting it up over his head. That is traditional reserved for only the members of the winning team, so as you would expect, a few hockey fans took to the social-media-sphere to tell the world what they thought of the whole thing.

Yes, it was a breach of the 'Cup's Code', but I'm not terrible offend. In fact, I half expected something like, "Sorry, I was 'Drunk on a Plane' and forgot about that."

But this is not the first time that Bentley was on stage with the Stanley Cup
