Dan + Shay will be performing at the Iowa State Fair on August 21st with Russel Dickerson. The country-pop duo is actually stepping in for Australian singer Keith Urban. Urban pulled out the performance earlier this year, but Dan + Shay was quick to step up and fill in for the country crooner.
