Now, after nearly two years a new type of restaurant is setting up shop at 2214 College Street in Cedar Falls.

The new restaurant that is preparing to open up for business is Zury's Taco Bar. According to a report from the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier, the owner of this eatery started things slow by operating out of a food truck at first.

This menu will feature Latin American inspired food and drinks...and tacos, of course!

When Will Zury's Open?

According to reports, the goal for the owners of the restaurant is to open up the new eatery by Valentine's Day. However, we will keep you updated on the exact opening date once the news is made public.
