Wisconsin 4-Year-Old Called 911 Over Ice Cream—And Cops Actually Showed Up!
4-Year-Old Wisconsin Boy Calls 911 For Hilarious Reason
It's never a good idea to come between a kid and their ice cream.
On Tuesday, March 4th local law enforcement officials received a strange call from a 4-year-old boy, according to a report from ABC news. Luckily, this child was not in any immediate danger.
He was just a bit upset with his mom.

Why Did This Toddler Call the Police?
Officers were dispatched to investigate a 911 hangup coming from a home in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
The little boy said his "mom being bad" and needed to go to jail.
What Was His Mom’s Alleged Crime?
What exactly was his mother up to and why was she being bad?
Did he catch her stealing millions from a bank?
Had he finally caught on to her Ponzi scam?
Or did she gasp—murder someone?!?
When law enforcement was dispatched to the home of this young boy, he told them exactly what crime his mom was guilty of: eating his ice cream.
If that was a pint of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, I'd do the exact same thing, little dude.
Police Arrive and the Toddler Has a Change of Heart
In a report regarding the incident, the little kid changed his tune rather quickly as Officer Gardinier and Officer Ostergaard arrived on the scene.
He told the officers, "...he no longer wanted her to go to jail and just wanted some ice cream.”
While dialing 911 is something that should only be done in the case of an emergency, this call definitely made the officers' day.
A Sweet Ending: Police Surprise the Little Caller
On the day after the incident took place, officials from the Village of Mount Pleasant Police Department actually surprised the boy with some ice cream!
