Downtown Waterloo Gears Up for Family Fun at Trunk or Treat

Halloween is coming up fast!

The Waterloo Police Foundation invites families to a safe and spooky good time during Trunk or Treat, happening October 25 in downtown Waterloo.

The annual event provides a fun and safe Halloween alternative where children can collect candy, see decorated vehicles, and meet Waterloo police officers in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
