How Did Waterloo Police Determine this was Happening?

According to reports, police officials got their hands on several videos of Jenkins being rough with the children which caused them to perform a welfare check on July 11th, 2024.

One video allegedly captured a moment where the young woman was seen yanking, swinging, and yelling in the face of an 18-month-old.

Another video that the police received showed Jenkins grabbing an 8-month-old baby out of a highchair with one arm. She then proceeded to throw the child onto the floor after carrying them to another room.

Jenkins allegedly confessed to child endangerment when a different video that was sent to the police showed her tightly wrapping up a 4-month-old infant in a blanket and covering his mouth.
