The hit game show is coming back to Iowa next year! When I got to stay home from school as a kid because I was sick (or maybe just trying to get out of that test I didn't study for) I would turn on the tv to the same exact program every single time...

The show is centered around the idea of contestants trying to guess the prices of random objects. Premiering in 1972, the program has been a hit for generations.

Now, it's a hit on the road. The team behind 'The Price Is Right' are bringing the same fun shenanigans that you love watching on television, straight to you!

Minus Drew Carrey of course!

The Price Is Right Live! gives eligible audience members the chance to win various prizes with the Celebrity Host there to facilitate it all! From appliances, vacations, or even possibly a new car, the sky is the limit with the show.

Audience members get the chance at playing games from the iconic show like:

•  Cliffhangers™
• The Big Wheel™

AND people get a chance to participate in the Fabulous Showcase!

This live show will be making its way back to Iowa next year. Last time around, the show came through to the Xtreme Arena in Coralville. Now, the traveling tour will be stopping in Cedar Rapids.

Fans will be able to check out 'The Price Is Right Live' on Wednesday, March 13th at 7:30 PM in the Paramount Theatre.
