It's been nearly 70 days since an NFL Player has been arrested.

According to USA Today, the last NFL player to be arrested was on August 9th, and nobody has been placed in handcuffs since. Cardinals Defensive Tackle Darius Philon was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon from an incident at a strip club where he allegedly threatened a dancer. He was then released by the Cardinals.

This is currently the longest streak since 2000-2001: On November 20, 2000, Vikings TE John Davis was founding drunk and asleep in his vehicle on the road. 50 days later on January 9, 2001, Bengals Safety Tremain Mack was sentenced to a month in jail for probation violation.

Another "long" stretch occured in 2000 was when the league went 37 days between the arrests of Cowboys receiver Joey Galloway assaulting a police officer (9/21/00) and Broncos QB Brian Griese's speeding and DUI charge. (10/28/00)
