Someone at Variety went through the painstaking ordeal of figuring out the most-played movies on TV for the better part of the past year. (September 2019 - July 2020)

If you're thinking, "Oh, it HAS to be Roadhouse." Yep. It is. The Patrick Swayze-starring film has been shown 83 times across ten different channels. (24 times on AMC and 15 on CMT)

That means you have the chance to see Dalton beating the crap out of bad guys every 3.5 days.

Not far behind Roadhouse, Jumanji has 77 showings, while Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and Gladiator have both played 74 times.
