Starbucks Extends Free Coffee To Frontline Workers Through May
I can only imagine how much a cup of coffee can go a long way for our frontline employees these days. They have been working long hours, 7 days a week and are completely exhausted fighting this pandemic to keep us all safe and healthy. That's way a smal gesture like free coffee can go a long way.
Starbucks has already taken the initiative to offer free tall (which is a small for those non-starbucks regulars) brewed coffee, one per visit, to all frontline employees which include police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, nurses, researchers and medical staff since March 25th. Since this has began, Starbucks has given away over 1 million cups of coffees to local heroes around the globe. This offer was supposed to end on May 3. Not anymore!
Starbucks has extended this offer to continue through May 31st to continue to give frontline employees a little boost of energy to help them along during their long hours. It's also a great way to say thank you to frontline employees, so frontline employees it is time to get your caffeine on! Check out more of the store here.
