One Arrested, Another Cited in Oelwein Incidents

The Oelwein Police Department has arrested a local man on an outstanding warrant, and cited another man on a traffic violation.

Shortly after 5:30pm Wednesday (April 14), officers cited 42 year old Russel Wickman of Dundee after a traffic stop in the 100 block of 4th Avenue SE. He is accused of Driving While his License is Suspended.

And just before 4:30am this morning (Thursday, April 15), 26 year old Clayton Bushaw of Oelwein was arrested for a Buchanan County warrant. The original charge was Criminal Mischief-3rd Degree. The incident happened in the 10 block of 3rd Street NW.
