An Alta Vista woman, 84 year old Katherine "Kate" White, died Wednesday. A visitation will be held at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton on Friday, 4-6pm, followed by a 6pm funeral service. A public luncheon will be held Saturday at 12noon, burial Saturday at 2pm at Calvary cemetery in Alta Vista.

A Decorah man, 46 year old Nathan Iverson, died Tuesday. A visitation will be held from 10am to 12noon Saturday at Big Canoe Lutheran church in rural Decorah. A graveside service will follow at the church cemetery. Schluter Balik funeral home is handling the arrangements.

Services for a Waverly man, 92 year old Marlin Menzel, are Saturday at 10am at the Life Church in Waverly. Burial at Warren cemetery in rural Waverly. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly.

Services for a Westgate woman, 98 year old Frances Ede, formerly of Waterloo, are Friday at 1:30pm at St. Peter's Lutheran church in Westgate. Burial in Garden of Memories cemetery in Waterloo. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Becker Milnes funeral home in Sumner is assisting the family.

A Quasqueton woman, 87 year old Florence Ives, died Sunday. A private funeral service will be held at a later date. A visitation will take place 4-7pm Thursday at Reiff Family Center funeral home in Independence.

A Rowley man, 63 year old Kevin Kiler, died April 21st. A visitation will be held Saturday from 2:30pm to 5:30pm at the Reiff Family Center Funeral home in Independence.

A Charles City man, 78 year old Johnnie "Junior" Simpson, died Sunday. A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday from 4pm to 6pm at Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City. Inurnment at Riverside cemetery with immediate family in Charles City.

An Oelwein man, 97 year old Walter Sellers, died Sunday. A visitation will be held Friday, 10-11am at Geilenfeld Buehner funeral home in Oelwein. Burial in Grandview cemetery in Fayette with military honors.
