I Tried a Marion Restaurant’s New Korean BBQ Experience – Here’s How it Works
Back in March, MIX Sushi & Kitchen in Uptown Marion announced that they would be adding Korean BBQ to the menu. Not only that, but a full Korean BBQ experience, which means you get to cook the food yourself!
MIX officially kicked off their two-week Korean BBQ "soft launch" this past weekend, so a friend and I went to check it out. It was a completely new experience for both of us, but luckily, the staff is trained to help. We had an amazing server who walked us through every step! I'm not a person who really knows what I'm doing when it comes to cooking meat, but it was SO easy. Everything turned out delicious!
Before we get into my experience, you should know that the Korean BBQ soft launch at MIX runs through June 15th, but reservations are REQUIRED. There is a deposit of $5 per person, which will be credited back to you as a gift card when you arrive. During the soft launch, your only option is a pre-fixe menu, and it costs $30 per person. You can make your reservation online HERE.
