The singer-songwriter and homespun comedian first listed the property for sale for $8.2 million in August of 2023. Stevens later re-listed the property and subsequently lowered the price.

Stevens was asking $6.3 million for his massive residence, which went into pending sale status on Feb. 5 after he accepted an offer.
According to online real estate sites, he received $5.4 million in a sale that closed on March 18. That breaks down to approximately $531 per square foot and a monthly payment of $25,393.
Stevens' long string of hits includes "Everything Is Beautiful," "The Streak," "Misty," "Mississippi Squirrel Revival" and many more.
The sale of the property comes as Stevens appears to be winding down his performing career. He played his final run of regular live shows at his Nashville venue, Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom, in 2024, ending with a final show in late December.
