This bitter cold winter weather has us all dreaming of summer. We aren't the only ones thinking ahead here in the Hawkeye State.

Officials for one of the biggest and most popular music festivals in the state announced details for this year's summer event.

And from the looks of the lineup, it's going to be an amazing weekend of music.

Hinterland Music Festival has become a major musical event here in the state. Last summer, I even headed out towards Des Moines for one of the three days of the festival.

The festival will be returning to Saint Charlies in the first weekend in August. August 2nd through the 4th will see some of the biggest names in indie/alternative music flock to the Avenue of the Saints Amphitheater.
