Dunkin Introduces Drive Thru Bacon

Plant based trends seem to be the new thing. Burger King released the impossible burger, and there have been plenty of plant based food substitutes. Heck, even the restaurant chain I'm writing about now has a plant based breakfast sandwich. However, they seem to have done a complete 180. Behold, 'Snackin Bacon'.

It's quite literally just what it sounds like, bacon in a sleeve. The company claims they were looking for the perfect "pick me up" snack food, and well, what's better than a bag full of bacon? But this isn't just your average, run of the mill, sloppy restaurant bacon. Oh no. Dunkin wants you to know just how special it is.

"It's high-end bacon that's been smoked with natural cherrywood. It's then treated to a sweet and savory blend of brown sugar and black pepper seasoning". Oh my. KCCI has the full scoop here.
