Downtown Waterloo Restaurant To Host Free Thanksgiving Meal

Rodney Lewis is doing good for his community. The chef and owner of Rodney’s Kitchen says is hosting his 4th annual Free Thanksgiving meal this Thursday, November 21 beginning at 3 pm.

Rodney’s Kitchen is located in downtown Waterloo at 624 Sycamore Street.

'Giving thanks with a grateful heart' will be Rodney’s theme this year. He wants anyone who is in need of a free meal to feel welcomed. This years dinner will feature Turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, cornbread, stuffing and a dinner roll.

Rodney says he’ll serve the free meal until all the food is gone Thursday at Rodney’s Kitchen.
