2016 Benton County Speedway Schedule

The Benton County Speedway in Vinton schedule is filled with 22 nights of racing for the 2016 season. The first night of racing is slated for March 31.

The 2016 Benton County Speedway racing season roars to life on Thursday, March 31. It is the second night (of four) during the annual Frostbuster. The first night for track points is scheduled for Sunday, April 10.

Weekly racing divisions in 2016 at BCS are IMCA Modified, Stock Cars, SportMods, and Hobby Stock. The BCS Micro Modifieds will also race weekly. IMCA Late Models will race five times at Benton County.

Memorial Day weekend will feature two nights of IMCA Modifieds racing for $1,000 to win events. On May 29, the $1,000 to win Modified main event will run during the regular track points night. On Memorial, it's the first night for the IMCA Hawkeye Dirt Tour.

The Iowa Donor Network/Urbana 5 Memorial night is set for June 12, and the Mid-Season Championship is the following weekend, and it will serve as the rain date for the Urbana 5 Memorial event.

The famed Hogan Memorial attracts the biggest Modified drivers from across the state. Mark your calendar for Sunday, July 10 to be there for this crown jewel event.

The IMCA Late Models will make five appearances with the first on April 24. The Late Models will also race on May 22, June 26, July 17, and August 28.

Weekly racing grandstand tickets will be $10 and $12 when the IMCA Late Models are in attendence. Kids tickets are $4. To learn more about the Benton County Speedway, visit jjamracing.net.
