Whiskey Myers is headed our way! The band is a combination of country, rock, and Americana/folk. It doesn't matter what "genre" you put them in, their sound cuts right through you. In fact, listening to them may even make you think of the wildly popular television series 'Yellowstone.' Not only were they on the soundtrack, but they were actually featured on screen in 2018 performing in a bar. You may remember Ripp and Beth dancing to their tunes.

They'll be bringing their North American Tour 2022 to the stage at McGrath Amphitheatre on Wednesday, June 8 at 6:00 p.m. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. Joining them that night is Shane Smith & The Saints, and 49 Winchester. Tickets are available for purchase now for $35-$65. You can get yours here.

For more information on the show, get the details here. In the meantime, you can see Whiskey Myers talk about what it was like appearing on 'Yellowstone' in the video below.

There are other incredible acts coming to Cedar Rapids this summer too. Walker Hayes will be at the Alliant Energy Powerhouse Arena on Friday, October 21. You can see a list of other events coming to the area here.

12 Walker Hayes' Songs "Fancy Like" Fans Will Love

Fans of Walker Hayes' "Fancy Like" need to know about these songs, too. The hitmaker has been in Nashville for nearly two decades, one failed recording contract, a flirtation with being broke and an alcohol addiction. That's a lot to write about, and he does so in the most accessible ways. What's your favorite Walker Hayes song? Find links to each in the description.
