Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley is saying goodbye to his current Nashville home. The singer and his wife, Cassie, have sold their 6,682-square-foot residence for $2.91 million.

According to Architectural Digest, it was an off-market deal.

The white-brick Georgian home has five bedrooms and six baths and is located on a 1.56 acres lot. Kelley bought the place in 2012 for $1.6 million. The couple had gone through several renovations over the past year, and shared some photos with fans on Instagram of the kitchen and living room improvements:

Trulia describes the home in detail, noting that hardwood floors are featured throughout each of the bedrooms. The dining room includes a chandelier and fireplace, while the living room offers floor-to-ceiling windows. They describe the back of the house as having an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room areas.

The road is no doubt Kelley's second home — this year the singer will be spending most of the time traveling this year with Lady Antebellum's current You Look Good Tour. The trio's 2017 tour launched in May and takes them not only across the U.S., but around the globe, with stops in Canada and even South Africa. The You Look Good Tour borrows the name of the band's lead single from their new album Heart Break.

Heart Break debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, giving Lady Antebellum their fifth chart-topping album. It follows the group’s previous No. 1 albums, including their self-titled debut album released in 2008, Need You Now, Own the Night and Golden.
